In addition to the new fabrication, teams chose varying levels of design changes reflecting their unique heritage. The Oregon Ducks have set the bar when it comes to uniform innovations, flash and capturing the attention of prospective 15-17 year old  prep football players to attend their university in Eugene. Along with some extraordinary coaching hires, a huge financial investment in a once moribund and decrepit college football program and a fanbase clamoring for a better representation, the signature point of focus for growth for Oregon Ducks football can be attested to the innovations brought forth by Nike’s outfitting of a football team with uniforms that Buck Rodgers would be proud of.

Every now and again, we here at FOX Deportes are invited to some really amazing events. You know, the kind of events that make your friends on Facebook jealous cause their jobs just aren’t that cool.

Case and point, Nike invited Deportes earlier this month to their ultra cool Vault store in downtown Los Angeles to take part in the Nike+ experience.  

Deportes was joined by other media outlets to try out Nike’s newest shoes. Dubbed the Lunar Hyperdunk 2012, this shoe pushes the limits on just what sneakerheads and the causal gym goer can expect from their workout shoes.
